Answers...
1) How
long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
If
it is custom work we
ask that you allow 3 - 7 business days from the time that we receive
your images (if applies to your design) until proofs are sent to you
via email. Once you approve your proofs, our goal is to have your
items shipped to you within 5 business days. If it is not custom
work you should receive your items within 4-10 business days. We usually have a
faster turnaround but I like to allow for any unforeseen
occurrences. Holidays may take longer.
2)
For your photo creations, what type of pictures would be best to use?
The better quality and resolution of a digital photo , the better
the outcome. Avoid photos with dark spots, heavy shading or
dimly lit. For engravings, a close up shot works best. We realize
there are certain instances where you want an old photo or you only
have one photo of your subject to work with that may not be in the
best shape. In those cases we will try to the best of our ability to
make that photo work. We want to help create a lasting keepsake and
if that means trying to salvage a photo that's in poor condition,
then that's what we will do! NOTE: A photo that is signed, stamped or
identified by any photographer or studio will not be used without a
signed copyright release form.
3) Do
you keep previous designs/ pictures for future orders?
Yes,
we do keep all of the designs and pictures on file, unless
you prefer us not to. This makes ordering the same design much
faster for the customers to receive their products.
4)
How do I submit my pictures to you?
After you have placed your order, I will contact you via email
within 24 hrs. You will then be instructed to either email or send
via US mail your photos/prints. If you do not hear
from me within 24 hours then its likely I didn't receive your email,
etc. In that case please contact me
here.
5)
Why am I not receiving emails, proofs or conformations etc. from
Kimkins Store?
You should receive e-mail
communications from the Kimkins Store within 24 hrs of completing an
order. If you do not, make sure you do not have spam filters or
other e-mail filtering software blocking or moving our e-mails.
Make sure your software allows e-mails from kimkinsstore.com, and does
not move them to a "bulk" mail or spam folder. Also, some e-mail
systems require that you have the e-mail sender in your address book
before your can receive e-mails from them. If this is the case,
please add us to your address book. We want to provide the fastest,
most efficient service possible, and most of our communications are
done with you via e-mail.
6)
Are you able to take various pictures and turn them into one design?
(like take one person from one
picture, and one from another)
Absolutely! We can combine as many photos as you want and turn them into one design.
There will be an additional charge after the first 2 photos.
7) Do you ship
internationally?
Yes! International orders are
handled as custom orders. Shipping charges are not calculated at the
time of checkout. Customer will be notified via e-mail of the order
total included shipping charges. Orders will be processed after
approval of all charges by the customer. International orders may
experience additional delays due to extra handling and processing
time.
8) Will I receive my pictures back?
Absolutely. We scan your photos and
return them to you unharmed. If you prefer not to leave your photos
with us, you can email them.
9)
Can I return my product if I am not
happy.
Absolutely! If your not happy with your product just send it back to
us and we will make you another one. We do not offer refunds but we
do offer exchanges with receipts.
10) If I order several products at one time
do you give discounts or would you still charge full
price?
I
give discounts all the time! I usually determine it on an individual
basis.
