PRIVACY
It is our policy to respect the privacy
of all our customers. We do not
sell, rent or
loan any of our customers personal
information to any third party.
Any information provided to us will be kept by
us.
REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds
If your item is custom, I will send you a proof via email . This is when you need
to let
me know of any changes that
need to be made. I will then send you another
proof and so on until we get it just
the way you want it. Please preview and check
your proof carefully. We will replace your item only if there has been a misprint
dueto our error and not yours. If you
just simply are not happy with your creation
we
will exchange it.
That's our promise and guarantee. Due to the
personalization
of this business, your
approval is our 'go ahead' with the order.

your actual colors may
vary slightly from the colors on your monitor.
This is completely out of my hands.
PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and
eCheck are all accepted through
Paypal. If you prefer to pay by check or money order
our address will be given. If
paying by
check, please allow 5-7 days for your check to
clear. Once your check clears,
production of your order will begin. In the case
that your check returns for NSF
(non-sufficient funds), there will be a $30 NSF
fee charged to your order which is
non-refundable.
ORDER
PROCESSING
Most orders, depending on quantity, will be
completed and shipped within 72
hours but please be kind and allow us reasonable
time, about 7-10 days to
complete your order. Once your order has been
completed and shipped, you
will receive an email stating that your order is
on its way. When ordering, please
allow time for processing and shipping. We
recommend that you order at least
two weeks in advance of your event date to allow
for receipt of your order and
for returns, if necessary. However, we will
accept any order placed, even rush
orders. If we feel that we are unable to fulfill
your order, we will notify you. For
rush orders 1-100 items, we require and
additional processing fee of $20. For all
orders 101-200 items, we require an additional
processing fee of $30. For all
orders over 201 items, we require an additional
processing fee of $40 and for all
orders 301+ we require an additional processing
fee of $50.
SHIPPING AND
HANDLING
We ship our orders USPS First Class, USPS
Priority Mail, and/or USPS Express Mail.
If you
have a preference PLEASE make a note of it on
the order page. I do everything I
can to
keep the shipping costs to a minimum.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Custom work is our favorite thing to do and
is welcomed. A lot of time can go into designing
any of our creations that involve special
graphics or photos due to
cropping/correcting/cleaning. *PLEASE NOTE*
Because of all the
time involved there MAY be an additional charge
after 2 designs so please be
very
specific on what you are looking for. If
you have a company logo, we would
need
permission
prior to using it.
If you would like to add a special photo to your
creation, just enter it as an
attachment in your email or send the picture
via snail mail. Your picture will be
returned with your order. If you're not sure how
to do this, just ask. We'll walk you
through it.
LEGAL
Due to trademark and
copyright laws, Kimkinsstore.com cannot
place Disney,
Warner Bros. , or any other well
known characters, such as Barney,
Sponge
Bob, Dora the Explorer, Blues Clues, etc.
on our creations. I CAN color
coordinate
them and get as close as possible
without violating the copyright
laws.
